“You don’t have to change who you are, you just have to change how you do it.” I want to motivate you, and those around you who aren’t satisfied with life at present, to change what it is you’re doing. Start with one thing, and when that becomes the norm, change another thing, until you’re just where you want to be. I’ll share what I did, and the choices I had to make which seemed difficult at the time, to reach a sense of happiness, success and peace in life. – Matt

They say you should avoid talking about politics and religion, but maybe that means we never learned to listen and respectfully express ideas to one another. Available in January 2024 – Hobbies That Bring Us Joy, Music That Gets Us Through & Inspiring Heroes of TV, Video Games and the Movies
Join Matt for a preview of this speaking topic during his January 31, 2024 Any Question online gathering. Matt has hobbies that helped him through times of boredom and feeling lost, as well as in moments of connection to friends and family. Music appreciation isn’t just for easy college credit – it’s key to getting through tough times and fundamental to celebrating successes in life.
